And here are some great people to learn from concerning the retraining of your brain and learning to manifest your reality consciously.

How to train your brain to accomplish the incredible … Besides the obvious (and extremely beneficial) yoga and meditation that should be done daily, below are some people and programs that I can personally recommend because I have used each one of their programs with always the same result .. wooooowwww!!

what you think you becomeFirst, search for Kevin Trudeau. Even though he gets a lot of negative press and has been dubbed a “conman” (which should tell you right away he is on to something the 1% DO NOT want you to know – because IF YOU DID, who would do the work for them then?) I have personally listened to his “your wish is your command” CD set many times and can tell you that this man knows things that can help you to train your brain. It is just a matter of if you can believe it, or if you will choose to follow the herd and media who tell you this information is NOT true. I can tell you that it is indeed true and useful. You can find this CD set HERE. Here is also a link to one of the CDs on youtube if you want to listen there. I don’t think the whole set is available there, but this will give you an idea of what to expect.

Second, watch a couple of movies – I personally LOVE “What the Bleep Do We Know”and the “Secret”. This will help to open your mind to a new way of thinking about how you are thinking and the consequences or triumphs that arise from your thoughts.

He leads many seminars on the abundance paradigm and other amazing topics that will assist you in “breaking your negative thinking” (should you have any- conscious or unconscious) and patterns that you may or may not be aware of and how to attract abundance into your life. He has also written many books like the “awakening course” and “zero limits” which are both awesome. Joe Vitale really understands the what you think you become mentality.

what you think you becomeAnother great person to check out is Paul R. Scheele. He works with Joe Vitale on a CD set called Paraliminals. Now these programs are very interesting. I spent some time on the abundance money mindset group of CDs and whoa. Incredible. If you are interested, you can check out the site and offers here.

what you think you becomeAnother amazing person to look into would be Carol Tuttle. She leads amazing Chakra Healing Seminars  (<–click for youtube video link) that can show you if and where you may have energy blocks in your system. It is absolutely essential that your energy has a clear path to flow in order to manifest with intensity and power.

This is similar to the Chakra Healing, in that it is about unblocking energy and getting the system flowing smoothly. To me, it is just a different technique that I find both useful and powerful. This kind soul is affectionately called the “father of motivation” by his fans, and is one of the most widely known and respected people in the field of self-empowerment. This is just a short list of people and programs that I have personally tried and love. When it comes down to it though, it really is about your ability to believe in your dreams, and know with certainty that you can not only create them, but that you deserve to live the life you dream of and that nothing but your own mind can stop you.
